What should I offer to the client as BIM Coordination?

Could anybody give me some advice about how to start/set-out the BIM coordination from the Architect`s point of view?

Thanks alot

thanks a lot,

is there anything more specific for the BIM coordinator between consultants, local architect and others?

How to set-up the contractual agreement and how to set-up the workflow.

THanks

You should look to the AIA document for contract specific info on BIM contracts and LOD requirements for BIM models.
