is there a way to copy the room identity data from one room to additional rooms, rather than fill it in each time.  Of course I can make a schedule key, but just curious.  match type properties doesn't function with rooms.

Copy the whole room then rename & renumber.

DON'T USE SCHEDULE KEYS unless you truely understand them.  The data is not with the room but with the key.  Therefore you can't change any individual item without changing the key.  This should be on a wish list.  To be able to unlock the schedule key from the room and allow the data to then reside with the room.

copy and paste rooms works, thanks.    We do use key schedules for rooms.  Great to be able to have room types, then assign the various finishes, properties, etc in one step to multiple rooms, leaving fields out of the key schedule where they will be individually chosen.

Schedule keys work great.  We just had problems with users that did not understand them.  They wanted the same finishes in a room as another room i the schedule but that information was not in the pull-down because it was in a schedule key.

You can't even copy paste key schedule information from one cell to a non-key schedule cell while in a schedule.
