we are having some issues with syncing a central file.
attached is the error we keep getting

This happens sometimes when you haven't saved to central in a while, or someone has modified the central file directly while other local files were open. Try creating a new local file from the central and saving it back if that dosn't work you will need to save your local file as your central file.

teafoe is right .... but more importantly - you have to look at your office processes. Nobody shold be doing a save as to the central location. EVERYONE should be working in their own local saved on their system and only doing saves to central.
