I am not able to rename the occupancy (eg, Residential to Residential Units.) It creates new occupancy if I retype on existing one.
Is there a way to rename?
Thanks.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you have any rooms in the model with an occupancy "Residential", then that will still be there until you rename all of them. Sort your rooms by occupancy in a room schedule and don't itemize every instance. Now change them all at once.
