Good day eveyone. I have been using Revit for awhile and for the first tme ran into a question on why would you want to use Center to Center insert option when inserting a deg file? Is there a real reason on why we would need to use this other than using orgin to orgin.

When shared positioning has not been used, I often use center to center then I move the linked(inserted) element manually.
There was a very good article a couple of years ago in AUGI Edge about Revit's origin. You should look for that.
