Is your CW set up to have automatic glass panels?

You need to show us more of your process and specifically what you are asking. You assume we know by just looking at an image but we don't. Add some text and ponters! Also your CW properties.

Thanks for your interest to WWHub!
The problem is that trellis i want get that panels should be full transparent (no glass), but on elevation view it puts glass between grids because of those round openings. If i try change those individual panels from glass to empty panel Revit gives an error note "Missing curtain panels will be replaced with system panels to complete command" and after that Revit tells that some panels are slightly malformed... and some of panels are very narrow. If i erase grid system Revit will change whole cw to glass except those round openings. Openings are made by "edit profile" command but if i use opening command it also replasce empty panel with glass.
I think that problem is those round openings because before addinng those holes cw worked just fine even with my self made profile mullions.
Curtain wall properties:
Function --> Exterior
Automatically embed ---> no
Curtain panel ---> Empty Panel
Join condition ---> Not Defined
Horizontal Grid pattern
Layout ---> Fixed distance
Spacing ---> 200mm
Adjust for mullion size ---> yes
Horizontal mullion
Rectangular mullion: Self made profile

Now you are communicating better. I was looking at the holes because that is only waht you were talking about.
Isolate this wall. Now cross it vertically or window it and filter for the CW panels. Set them to empty.

I believe your problem is your "self-made profile mullions". You can verify by changing them to something standard.
Post your mullion profile so we can test if that doesn't work.

Sorry but it appears that Revit does not like an empty panel against a curved edge be it internal or external.
I would make this a special glass - 100% transparent..... no reflectivity.

Ok. Thanks a lot for trying. Only problem on that solution is that glass fills are not transparent in elevation views...
