Is there a way for me to use sketch up files in revit? I dont have the sketchup application due to me being on a school computer and they dont allow us to download files. is there a way that i could open a sketch up file in revit? or is it only possible with Sketch up program?

Two different programs. Edit sketchup only in sketchup. But you can insert sketchup into Revit - best through a family.
If the sketchup is a building then I strongly suggest you create it from revit elements.

I am trying to import a couple components (saddle racks, bridals, saddles, and horse models) into revit for a Barn plan. and i can only find them in google warehouse because revit doesnt have any. I already have the building made on revit and i just need the things to fill it up.

It is called import.......
All of this is described in your HELP.
Start a generic family and import...
But you can't do anything if you don't at least try to do something.

I've dragged and dropped a Sketchup file into Revit before. Again, into a family so you at least have a little control over it. Otherwise, export the sketchup as .dwg and LINK it in or bring it into a family file. Apply materials and away you go.
