Not sure what is going on but when I try to bring in a brick arch family that I created it comes in at right angles ! In the attached file you can see half the Arch at 90 degrees to vertical on the left and in the test wall on Right it is fine ! Both have the very same properties.
Thought it was a problem due to being a stacked wall but no difference when I "broke" it up. Also have tried putting it into a similar wall that I drew just to check and it went in fine !! Have deleted it and installed it again but the same result in the same wall.
What is causing this 90 dgeree glitch ?
Regards

More information please.
Is this a simple face based family or is it wall based?
Have you tried to rotate it?
Did you turn off "always vertical" in the family?
