Hi everybody,

I'm new to the forum and posting my first question about beam alignment to a wall.

I'm encountering a problem while I try to align a beam to a wall. The beam's end does not catch the en of the wall and holds some another line. Even I drag the beam or move it to the wall's line it doesnt help!

I am using Revit Structure 2013 Here are some screenshots, can anybody help me please.

I don't find those screen shots tell us alot? Maybe set your 'detail' level to 'medium' or 'fine' to start with. How long is the beam and what type of beams are they ? Maybe a 3D view would also help.

You know that our process is all about communication.  Look at the images you posted.  You know what is what but how do you expect us to know.  Communicate!

I'm sorry, I should have been more precise. However I've solved the problem with aligning beams to the walls, it was because of the locationline parameter of the walls. The beam attached hisself to the wall end point.

ps: Once I've solved the problem i wanted to delete the post because it was prepared very quickly and as I guessed the readers wont understand from the screenshots, however there wasnt any option to delete or edit the post. Maybe I wasnt so carefull anyway thanks indeed/
