I am fairly new to Revit. Only been using it a few months and mostly self taught.
Is there a way to create "layers" in a project so that I can design various versions of a floor plan and then in turn be able to switch such layers on or off to view the version of the plan that I want to use?

Read your HELP about Design Options. And rather than leaving VG settings to automatic, learn to create multiple views - each with a different Design Option setting.

Thank you. From what I read it sounds like Design Options will do what I need. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
