I understand that it is possible to link revitfiles together so that the drawings from each separate file can be all shown in one file. Can someone please explain how this is possible.

Go File, Import/Link, RVT then browse to the revit file you want to bring in. Click on it and thats it.

I think he means that the sheets transfer from one rvt file to another when imported. I'm not aware of any way to do this.

I think that in 2011, you can now schedule linked file sheets but this does not mean you can open the linked file sheets.
