Two Questions as I am new to using Revit..

The first is on a call out reference for a section view of a Top survey, as the section view is to long the section is in two parts, however the call out refernce header shows an in correct reference number. how can i modify the text in the call our reference header, and the additional text ie the original dotted lines behind it.

the second question is i need to show some info on a topo survey i have the exact eastings and northings, but how can use the exact figures to plot a reference on topo drawing.

Thanks I have tried the method from the Help point, but still no joy, to give a clearer picture of what im trying to do I have been given some points for example eastings/northings (426419.495/564261.340) i need to plot them on a imported topo survey. how can i find the point of this location on the survey and plot it.
