I'm having trouble creating sloped ceilings.  Why does it not work similarily like roofs where you can just specifiy slopes for hipped or non hipped situations and also specify thickness.  Are there any tutorieal that might help with this?

You have the "Slope Arrow" to create the slope in your ceiling.
