Hello,

some annoying problem; in our office we have 10 workstations which all hev the same crashing:

We create books, size A3, with floorplans, elevations, online rendered images etc. Everytime we want to print a book, we choose print, and make the desired page settings. Then, we have to go into the printer settings to choose the right paper etc, but when we click on "properties" next to the printer, Revit 2013 crashes. This only happens the first time! After starting Revit again, everything works fine.

Anyone has any clue what might be causing this?

I send error reports to Autodesk always, but haven't heard from them...

Hello,

no, no answer from Autodesk. I did find some topic about problems with KIPP (?) printers, and a similar problem. I changed the driver for our printer, and the problem is gone!

Some minor disadvantages along with it, but hey, no more restarting Revit before each print!
