Hello there- In some instances, my flexible ductwork will not make a complete connection to a sidewall diffuser/ plenum. It leaves a straight line before showing the flex. I've checked all of the flexible ductwork settings, checked to make sure the ductwork is making the connection at the proper elevation, inserting vertex, etc. Nothing works. The weird thing is it only happens occasionally.
See attached image....any suggestions?

Weird things happen to duct work (and pipes) when there's not enough room to make a bend or tansition. Not sure if that scomes into play.
Also what is your 'maximum length' set to for flex ducts ?
