Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to rotate only a view title?
It was a similar post 7 years ago, but still no replies.
"I've rotated my viewport 90 degrees on the sheet, but the viewport title rotated 90 as well. Does anyone know how to keep the viewport rotation intact while rotating the view?"
Does anyone know how to do this unless creating a special defective rotated view title?
Thank you

There is really no good way to do this. You could just rotate the crop boundary of the view. This will rotate the view but will leave the title line alone. You could create a detail component to look like your title and use that in place (I do not recommend this).

There is a good way to do this. You rotate the view - not the view on the sheet! The title will remain horizontal and all text in the view will be horizontal.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It works!!!!!!!!!!
That's exactly what i need!
Thank you very much!
And the title remains intact! Beautiful!
My greatest respect!
But why it is kind of a hidden feature, only for the selected? No large button, no option in a context menu...

Very well described in the help. For those that are afraid to test the waters - they should!

You have to use Scope boxes. You Draw the scope box first then rotate it. In the view properties near the bottom you can change the scope box to the new one you have created. Scope boxes will rotate all tags and text, etc.

maturana, Scope boxes are great but the view window rotation will do the same. Users need to read their help. You can rotate the view and you can rotate the view on a sheet. Two completely different processes and results.
