Hi,

I want to make Paint layer with 0 thickness.

I also want the paint to be shown in my Finish Materials schedule in the Wall Finish column.

Should I make it as a Memrane or Finish Layer in the Edit Assembly?

I've made room which walls have Finish 2 layer set to 5cm. That material is not apearing in the schedule under Wall Finish.

Also another Q: I want my paint layer to cover any columns and beams that are embeded in my wall.

However this layer must have thicknes greater than 0. Should I make thin layer (for example 1cm) to cover them,

and choose paint material?

Ty in advance.

What Ty is telling you is to try out your thoughts yourself.  You will understand it much better that way.  Then come back with your observations.
