I am doing a walkthrough in shade mode and the walls that are attached to roofs are showing through the roofs in my camera views? Is there a way to get them to not show?

This may be a graphics card issue. Does this happen in 3D view also or just a walkthrough?

Attach an image of the area. If you cut a section is the wall infact going through the roof? I would still assume a graphics card problem, see if there are any updates available for what your hardware is
