Not sure what caused this issue, but we have a model that contains lights which were initially copy/monitored from a separate model. We're trying to copy and array the lights to other levels. However, Revit errors: stating elements can't be copied because they are monitored.
When fixture is selected the object does not contain a monitored icon, and the ribbon does not provide a delete/remove monitor option. I'm guessing that Revit maintains objects in monitor status although the original source model has been removed as a linked file. Is there a workaround to severe the monitor status without having to re-insert each fixture as a new element?

I appreciate the response. Unfortunately, the issue I have is not easily resolved via the wiki instructions. No "Unmonitor" option shows when objects are selected. However, when you try to copy the objects, then you get an error that the objects are "Monitored". Autodesk is currently looking into the issue and will post the results, if any... thanks.
