Hello,
I'm having this problem where a level called "ceiling" appears on all my section
and detail drawings. I don't have a level called "ceiling" anywhere in this project
and the ceiling level shows up as a halftoned level marker. I can't tab-select it
or click on it, manipulate it or figure out how to turn it off!
I have a screenshot saved as a .bmp file if anyone cares to see this.
I would greatly appreciate anyones help or assistance in helping me with this.
Thanks!
Mick

We've also had this problem and I've asked around and nobody seems to know how to fix it...
I think it's a bug in release 6.

Unfortunately, your only recourse for now is to
1) get in touch with Revit support staff
2) let them know you have a ghost level,
3) send them the file
4) they will fix it for you
Just so you will know, Revit will document your case and then send you a link to a Buzzsaw site for you to upload your file to them. If you don't have Buzzsaw, they will send you a link to download the program.
I sent a file a couple of weeks ago and they were pretty quick to respond and take care of the problem.
Hope this helps,
marc

We have also had the same problem. I believed it is fixed in the latest build of 6.1.

Per the old Zoogdesign forum (Now AUGI) - " ...successfullly copied and pasted into a new project to workaround the problem"
Also noted on the forum - " This is a bug. The only way to get rid of these temp levels is to send the file into support and have them fix it.."
