Is there a way to display both Phase I and Phase II Room Names on the Same Plan?  When I set the View Properties Phasing to Phase I, only those respective rooms will show up and the same goes for Phase II.  I'm trying to show a master plan for coordination purposes.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Incidentally, I thought I could outsmart Revit by resetting the Phase I Rooms to Phase II. However, rooms can never be changed to a different phase.  Looks like I'll have to overlay new rooms on top of old rooms instead unless there is a better solution.

You could always place one view on top of the other on a sheet.  One view only has romms and room names.

Yeah that worked out pretty good.  I just have to remember to use a blank viewport so the name does not show up on the sheet.  It beats creating new Phase II rooms, which would interfere with the room schedule and confuse Revit's room boundaries.
