I am trying to create a revit site model from this site model which was originally from sketchup (not sure if it was originally from sketchup but its the only file type I have). I imported it into autocad to create this dwg and I am attempting to create a group of masses for individual aspects such as the roads, ground, etc and being ale to assign different materials to them.
The only method I can think of is to create several sketchup models with the individual model categories and import them straight to 'in place masses'.
Any tips, hints or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
is anyone else wondering if or when revit will be capable of cutting a section through a dwg import or if its impossible???

If the dwg import is in a cuttable family, it will cut.
