How far can Revit go in terms of internal rendering, I mean as realistick images? is there anyone out there who can produce almost a photo look alike from plans with Revit?

I agree there are very good examples of what can be accomplished in Revit alone along with photoshop and other tools.

Quality of rendering depends a lot on your modeling and your material definitions and lighting. 

So ask different question - show us a gallery image you want to achieve and someone will tell you if you can do it or not.
