Hello,
I am new in Revit and testing one of my project in revit.
I made 2 wall type (foundation 550mm and foundation 600mm)
foundation 550mm - concrete 550mm
foundation 600mm - concrete 550m m+ wall cavity and GWB
When I encountered with this 3 wall joint (first image)
If I fillet A and B and then A and C will makes error saying wall overlapped. (second image)
If I fillet A and C and then extend B to the edge of C will make small gap between A and B.(third image)
Can anyone help me how to fix this?
Thank you.

Your problems may be caused by not understanding layer priorities. Read your HELP on wall layers.

Thank you for your comment.
layer property seems right on my model.
instead, I found small sign that I can click at the end of wall C.
if you see image below, you will see small "T" shape marked with red circle.
When mouse over, it says "allow join".
I dont know what is this mean, but after I click this, filet works fine. (see second image and third image)
it is all good now.
Can anyone tell me what is "allow join" icon?
Thank you.

At some time, you picked disallow join - the default of all walls is allow join. Click on any wall and right click on the dot at the end and you will see the dis-allow - allow join options.

First trim wall A to wall C then use trim/extend and pick wall A then pick wall B.
This will extend wall B to A and C to make a clean connection.
