CAN I OPEN VERSION 12 FILES IN 2013 WITHOUT MUCH TROUBLE?

Their files will automatically be upgraded when you open them, if they are linked into your model they will be temporarily upgraded
The problem is going to come up when you send your 2013 files to the architect, they are not going to be able to use them in 2012.
