Hello
Im working on a school project
And im currently stuck by cutting some wood framing for my roof.I have tried Voids and Reference lines/planes
Any Ideas? (see Pic)

How is that truss created? Did you model it yourself? In a family or model in place? What category was it modeled in?

Try study the picture af little more, look over to the properties. The family comes from here: http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=2883

Your properties do not tell anything about the family hence why I asked all of the questions. A void in the project will not cut the family. You need to either put the void IN the family or create a new hip truss family (which is what I would do) since even if you did cut the truss it would not look correct anyway.
