You could do these as in-place families - wall category. You could do them as vertical wall sweeps. You could do them as architectural columns - which take on the wall finish and act like pilasters.
You could do them as venner wall segments joined to the main wall.
You could do the main wall ticker and then add an in place void on each elevation to cut the wall back.
........ enough?

I have tried to make sweeps but I dont know how to edit the profile of sweep.. Also if I make the vertical one the texture is oriented vertically too. Is there an option to rotate the revit base texture?
On the other hand revit didnt allow me to make a void from without exisiting mass.
the architectual columns worked! Thanks for help.
I was just hoping there is a way to crate just a wall rather than play with different elements.

You can use a curtain wall and set the panels within as in place model wall panels. Then each panel can have its own thickness.
The other option is to just split the wall into segments. Each segment of the wal is a different wall type and then join them.

if you will ask me how to do it:
1. create walls of different thickness, then simply draw/drag them to create your profile. then join them all together
2. create a wall with different layer/structure thickness.. convert to part, divide the part, then sketch to slice into your desired profile, exclude unnecessary parts and delete. on your view property palette, choose/parts visibility/show parts.

I have found the easy way to manage this kind of problem. For me the best solutions is to make Component -> Model in place then choose walls type and go crazy with modeling. Thanks for replies.
