2013 user without the render cloud. I was using it on another computer a few hours ago, and when I came home my version here doesn't seem to have it. Both computers have 2013 student version. I am signed signed in.

Is it the same student version running on both computers? Although Autodesk does allow 2 machines to have it installed I don't think it will allow for both to have the cloud "online" menu. Just taking a guess on that one.
