I have this problem with my Revit 2011 version. I have made a layout view of 4 building. I tried rendering it on the 150 DPI medium quality but the render stops at 10%. Whereas it renders properly in the 75DPI be it the draft, low, medium or best quality. Please help me solve this issue. I have a deadline.
I have attached a rendered image on 75dpi for reference.

I bet "Memory issues", before render clean your TMP folder, use free software like "CCleaner"
Here you have some tips: http://revitclinic.typepad.com/.services/blog/6a00e5540194f0883400e553e614528833/search?filter.q=render
