Hi... My first Post....
I work as a Technician and my tools of the trade include Revit Architecture 2012 and the Standard AutoCAD 2012 software packages along with anything I can download legally for free (mainly sketchup)...
The question is:... Without manually creating each 'mullion'... is there a way to fill in the gaps at the end of the dome hemispheres and also to rationalise the join conditions with the main structure (in red)??
I've tried to place the panel family in manually but it doesn't want to play....

SOLVED -
Okay seeing as nobody replied I tackled my problem myself....
Using a free trial of 3DS Max I created my dome hemispheres and transformed them in to an editable poly. Once they were editable I adjusted each individual Node until the desired form is created....
The next step I exported the aligned 5-dome masses to a 3D DWG format and linked this in to Revit to fine tune any nodal points that were out of line with the main structure (in red)... Once this was done I created a new mass and profile sweep - selecting the 3D linework of each panel mullion/frame. The panels themselves are all Adaptive 3-point masses selecting the individual nodes (manually) for each panel...
Overall it took a whole morning but I am impressed with the results and can quite easily change the components to suite....
Thanks for looking!
