The doors and windows show up on the first floor, but do not show up in full view on the second floor.  I have

visability in 3D, but the only thing that is visable on the 2nd floor is the tag and the arrows.

I would start by comparing the 'View Range' of both views. Then compare that to where the windows are positioned vertically on each floor plan. You could also create a 'View Template' from the first floor then apply that to the second floor in case there's something else thats coming into play.
