How in the world do a create a ribbon window family that has vertical mullions w/ varied spacing (ie. one window panel is 6'-3", the next is 4', and then it repeats. Thanks

A quick fix would be to use an embedded curtain wall and space the mullions to suit your needs. I'll play around with the family editor tomorrow and see if I come up with a real solution

Personally i'd setup a curtain system with 10'-3" spacing mullions and then add additional mullions at the appropriate locations.
Alternatively you could model the window as a family using two arrays for the different spaced mullions that you could then use to define the window size.
