I'm having trouble adjusting some already created grids. In the attached sketch, I've offset reference planes 1'-0" from the edge gridlines and locked them into place. the 5'-0", 10'-0', and 10'-0" are also correct and I locked them in place. But I'm trying to change the 6'-3 1/8" dimension and cannot get any temporary dimension to show up. When I click on the permanent dimension, it does not let me change that dimension. What am I doing wrong?

The bottom grid might be pinned or the 6'-3 1/8" dimension might be locked.
