I'm having an issue with "Show hidden view" in Revit Architecture 2013.In my basement reflected ceiling plan I want to show the outline of structure beyond. The concrete beams are shown correct (hidden lines) but the W-Wide Flange beams are shown as a continuous line.I reset the element override. I checked the object styles (all hidden lines settings are set to dashed)but the wide flange beam still shows as a continuous line.Am I overlooking something? Is there a setting in the wide flange beam family that I should change?Any advice or input would be greatly be appriciated.Thank you very much!

Try to "Override Graphics in View" by "category"

I don't have any problem with both the beams. Check the attached image.

What is the length of your W-Wide Flange beams, may be scale problem.

Post some images for more clarity.

I found the reason why it wasnt showing the way I wanted to! Someone working on the project set a plan region (that cuts right through the beam) around the area I'm working on and turned the visibility off. Doh! So i turned plan region setting on and adjusted the view range within the plan region and BOOM... I got hidden lines showing. thanks for your input guys! Cheers.
