I have a bunch of foundation sectins with the same dimensions on each one. Is there a way to copy these dimensions from section to section. (I am dimensioning grade beams and slabs. so I guess they are linked to those elements.)

If they are the same element, then the dimension can be copied. (Like sections of the same wall but at different places.) But if any element is not the same, then that would not copy.
Just copy dimension to cliboard and paste aligned.

That is what I was afraid of. Same grade beam depth and thickness just along a different wall.
