i have a building with 11 stories, I want to change the floor to floor height of level 2. how can i do that so all the levels above move down with that one level height change? I really dont want to go through and change the level heights of all the floors above

With one vertical dimension, dimension to each floor level and lock all but the one to be changed.  Click on the level above that floor and change that unlocked dimension.  Done!
