Ok guys, I'm taking a shift here from Architecture to MEP. The cable tray and conduit are giving me fits when a use the fittings. I have included a screen shot, the warning appears on cable tray and conduit. I can add a fitting to one piece of tray or conduit, but when I try to continue with the next piece of tray or conduit the fitting dissapears and I get a warning.

Verify that your fittings are properly defined, it's possible one of them could have been changed to None. I just looked at mine and set the Horizontal Bend to None and got the same error message when I tried to trim them together. Select your cable tray and click on Type Properties.
