I have some keynotes acting funny on a plan. They are numbered "by sheet". The text in the bubble is disappearing with no obvious rhyme or reason. They are still asociated with the correnct keynote list. (the correct key value # still shows in the keynote's properties) The annotation crops don't fix it when turned off. Has anyone experienced this? thanks.

Do you have a keynote list on the sheet then?

yes, the keynote list on the sheet is fine. All of the notes still appear in the list, even if the keynote on the drawing goes blank. I thought it might have something to do with the annotation crops but it seems like that would also hide the keynote symbol. The symbol remains and is still associated with the keynote list, but no #.

This is not a dependent view with different crops is it? I have seen problems where the element is not in the crop area.
Otherwise - sorry.....

Ah.... This may be your problem then. Are these problematic keynotes along the scope boxes? You might try moving the user keynote so that it is within your scope box.
We usually have to have one on both sides of the crop because of this problem.

thanks... I see. That may very well be it. But some are not too close to the box, and it's just the # that doesn't show,,, the key still does...
Anyway, i'll play with that in mind and see what happens. thanks again.
