Hey guys,
I'm trying to create a family for a pleated blind in a window for a client, The family seems okay but he has asked for a close up detail of how the pleat fits into fitting for it, Now I've fudged it a bit and have made the blind a 1mm thick extrusion, obviously for the close up this shows too thick as the actual material is no more than .3mm thick, I was hoping to just amend the extrusion for the pleat to .3mm thick but i got the typical "line too short" error!
Does anyone know a work around for this or maybe just a way of creating a simple flat surface with no actual thickness would also suffice. any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Lol never mind,
I just had a bit of an epithany as i clicked submit, i drew the line of the length i wanted then attached a very shallow arch to each of it's ends, i've managed to get it down to about .1mm thick, could have probably gone less, and i don't think it will be noticable in the slightest ![Winking](/images/smiles/wink.gif)
