I'm using Revit 2012 and we recently made a major design change that involved rotating the building 45 degrees.  Most of the glitches have been resolved with the exception of one interior elevation which is pointing backwards.

See attached image.  Notice anything peculiar, such as the fact that the elevation indicator is pointing to the upper right but the crop box is pointing to the lower left?  I cannot rotate it (at least without messing up all the other interior elevations) and if I try to slide the crop box in the opposite direction, it stops at the zero distance line.  Please help.

Thanks.

I would create a new, temporary, elevation and transfer all symbollic elements to that.  Then you can delete the old view and then check the box to create a new one pointing in the correct way.  Then transfer your elements again and delete the temp view.

By the way, , you can also place the new temp elevation on the correct sheet and just drag that overtop your old one (after deleting the bad view) and it will appear correct.  It will just be 2 callouts.

Thanks, that seems to be the most straightforward answer when dealing with a corrupt elevation.

BTW.  Instead of rotating your model, you may have been better off to rotate the project.

I would have, but it was only a partial rotation of one building within a building complex.
