Hi,

I'm after some advice on linked models and co-ordinates.

I've inherited have two models, an Architectural one, and a furniture one which links into the Architecture one.

When I link in the furniture one in (origin to origin), it come in in the right position, but the elevation is about 50 metres too low.

I’m trying to spot whats causing this and what I need to change.

Looking at the Survey Point and the project base point both are set to an Elev of 0.0.

Looking at the levels, the Ground floor on both models is correct and both show the same value, checking the Elevation Base in the level type properties – they are both set to Shared.

What am I missing?

Cheers.

What if you tried "Auto - by Shared Coordinates" when you linked it in? can you just move your linked file down into the right position?
