If the rooms are still there, the names are. Just tag the rooms.

Rooms do not transfer through phases. You will need to add a new room in the new phase.

Are you talking about 'Design Options' or Phasing?

SAME PROBLEM A YEAR LATER
REVIT 2014-Room names and phases. I still need to understand how to transfer room names from a previous phase. The same with color fill schemes-How can I transfer it from the previous phase to the recently created phase as most of the information still applies.

This could have been dealt with. Obviously, Autodesk is not reading our woes. I can't help you right now but soon will. BC.

Copy the rooms and tags from one phase and paste aligned to the next phase, each phase has it's own rooms ie two sets.

I agree with Ranger57, just copy the rooms and paste 'Aligned to Current View'.

You need to make sure of your selection set before you copy.
