So I am running into a problem with the interior elevation bug not showing up when I reference an already created elevation, I'm using this as an "opposite" condition. It will show up fine in my "working view" but the coorisponding "sheeted view" it will not show. I've turned everything on, made sure no filters are being used and checked the worksets. I tried the same thing (referencing a simular view) with a detail gug and the same thing happens.
I even created a View Template from the view that is working fine, applied to the sheeted view and nothing.
It seems to me that when you are using the "Reference other view:" the bug acts like an anotation object (text or dim's) and doesn't carry through from view to view. Has anyone ran across this before?
Regards,Mike Adams

I think what you are refering to as a bug is actually what Revit is supposed to do. When you place an elevation, it is an intellegent object that controls another view with crop regions and view depth.
As soon as you click "reference other view" it does infact change to basically a 2d detail component which is using a simple parameter to copy some numbers; The intellegence is gone. Detail components are not intented to transfer from view to view.
You will have to place another "dummy" elevation mark in your other views.
