Ok, I've searched for the past week for an answer to this and I can't get there. So I need some help.
I created a topo in the New Construction phase. I then used the Graded Region tool to create a copy of it so that I could place my building pads in that copy, I have several pads in different phases. I changed the copy topo to my new phase, Phase 1, which is after New Construction. I placed some pads on that topo, in Phase 1. So the pads (and the associated topo regions they create) are created in Phase 1, demo'ed never. You can see the results in the first photo "Issue1".
Now here's the stupid part, if I change the phase to my Phase 4, the pads show corectly, as shown in "Issue2". WTF?!?!?!? I need them to show as they do in Phase 4 when in Phase 1, like I intended them to. What did I miss here?
