This should be included in your out-of-the-box families...
Duct\Fittings\Rectangular\Tees
There are a few in there so pick whichever one is appropriate, I think the picture shows a reducer
Then click on a duct, edit type, routing prefences, make sure the "preferred junction type" is set to "Tee".
2012 looks a little different where you have to tell the Tee which family to use.

Thank you very much Absulute, but I´m still wondering if is it possibble to make that "T" to have that rounded side where the air come from. Is that what you say could be a reducer? (see pic). Notice that it is only in one side. And I need to do an as-built model that is plenty of those. And, by the way, do you know how can I connect two ducts that are in touch but not connected? (Like those in "picture-2")

I'm not much of a mechanical guy bu I think what you're looking for is actually a 'tap' not a 'tee'. Do you have a family called 'Rectangular Tap - Beveled' under Duct\Fittings\Rectangular\Taps? try that one, you may have to edit the geometry of the family and save it as something new to achieve that rounded corner.
If everything is setup correctly, all your ducts should automatically connect. Maybe you don't have all the appropriate fittings loaded in. What version are you using? I added a shot from 2012, if you go into 'edit type' for the duct, all the different conditions should have a fitting associate, mine shows 'none' in all the boxes so nothing will connect.
When adding ducts, I try to always start with the existing duct, right click on the node at the end and hit "draw duct" this just ensure your starting from a connection.

Thank you again, absulute, in fact, the tap seems to be the piece I was needing; I just changed the width and depth parameters to be type parameters, in order to be able to make several types without making new families each time; but a new pain in the ... neck appears: when trying to attach a duct to its end, revit doesnt allow me to do it. Message "no route solution" pops up. Maybe I´m not using it the right way. Maybe i dont know what a tap is. Can u help me in any way? Image to see what im trying, provided.
