For exemple,
I made myself a plywood detail component using a filled region.
I made the lenght editable, so its easy for me to just make it longer if i need to when am drawing details.
The problem is;
I want the texture inside the filled region to rotate with my detail componen.
At the moment, even if i rotate the detail component, the texture inside it will remain the same.
So if i have a vertical plywood, the texture on it will be diffrent from the horizontale plywood.
thx for helping

From your HELP:
Texture Alignment
Use the Texture Alignment tool to align the texture of the render appearance to the surface pattern of the material (defined on the Graphics tab of the Materials dialog). When you render a 3D view, the rendered image displays the texture, positioned as specified using the Texture Alignment tool.

Sadly for my problem this wont work.
Dont forget that my texture is apply on a filled region, so its a 2D drafting texture.
Texture Alignment tool only work in 3D. So i cant apply this solution for my detail component.
The only solution i see is that i should do a detail component with an horizontale texture line and onewith a vertical texture line.
But this solution is bad cause, what if some day i need to put a plywood in my detail at 45*... Or give it the 2% angle for the bottom of a window

Ok so, since i dont have the answer am looking for am adding some picture tu help you guys understand.
So, this is my plywood familly:
First picture = The plywood familly
Second picture = The familly once selected
Third picture = The plywood familly after a 90° rotation
As you can see, the texture inside the familly dont rotate with the familly.
Note that all of those pictures have been took in a drafting view, so its not a 3D component.
In that case texture allignement cant be use, since its in 2D.
You guys can still tell me what you use for your plywood cut detail.
Thx

I use a model hatch, in a filled region, for my detail, plywood sections so that it can be rotated and adjusted. I don't use the stock plywood detail element.
