Can anyone help me with creating a
Custom Window Tag showing Window No. and Room No.
Using Revit 2012

I don't believe you can get a window to associate with a room because it is not in the room.

Maybe there is no automatic way to do that but since you can schedule the Room properties asscociated to a window (but can't add it to window tags!!), you can create a shared parameter for "Room Number" and add it to the window tag family and the windows category into your project.
Then create your schedule with both the actual "From Room: Number" and shared "Room Number" and manually copy/paste the numbers to appear into your tags.
