Hi. I am trying to make dentals. Is there anyway to make a profile that has gaps so it looks like dentals?

Thus far when I've needed to make dentals, I've created one dental and arrayed the rest and grouped the whole thing together. Obviously a time consuming and inefficient process. I agree, if anyone has a better way to make dentals, please share with us.
