I am having problems getting my horizontal curtain wall wall mullions to clean up properly w/ the vertical corner mullions. Sometimes they clean up fine, and other times they dont'. See the attached JPG to see what I am talking about. The area clouded in red did't clean up with the corner mullion, but other horizonal mulls did. Tim

I occasionally have the same problem. Usually I will just use the line work button on the tool bar and select invisable lines to hide it. I use that command allot actually. It a way to clean things up that Ive racked my brain trying to make perfect.

Usually when this happens there is one extra mullion at same location tat is not corner mullion. Delete extra mullion and you should be able to clean up with corner mullion.

Try selecting the different mullions and using the "Make Continuous" and "Break at Joint" buttons on the options bar.  Corners seem to be counter-intuitive.  Whenever I want the horizontal mullions to go over the vertical mullion and create a miter joint, I have to tell the to "Break at Joint."  To get the horizontal mullions to butt up against the vertical mullion, select all of them individually and click "Make Continuous."  Hope that works for you.
