I'm in Revit 2009 and, when printing a residential site plan the walls and roof of my building are printing in such a light half tone they're barely visible. It's a straight up plot w/ no underlay. The walls all print fine in other views. Why would they print near invisible in only the site plan. Is there a way to adjust this. I know how to adjust half tones in later versions of Revit but can't find the setting in 2009.

Thanks

In 2009, you had no adjustment...this was changed in a later release.

But therre has to be some way to change this?? There's no way my walls should be nearly invisible in one view only.

Don't use half tones.  You have other VG options.

I'm not using half tones. It's displaying as half tone all by itself with no help from me. It's set up the same as the other views. I just traced the outline of the building footprint with a wide line just to get this thing submitted. On my way to the Building Dept. now. Sure wish I could find the answer before the next submittal though.

Thanks

You probably have added some VG over-ride that you don't remember doing.  When you see something like this, create a new vie from the view tab (don't copy the old one) and see what happens.  If it is now right, copy/paste same place all of your 2D stuff and delete the old view.

Thanks WWHub for following up with this. I'll check that out.

This looks like a pretty good solution as well, via the Augie forum-

It sounds like you need to edit your phase settings. Under the graphics override tab in the Phase dialog, make sure the halftone box is unchecked for the existing phase. Change the cut and/ or projected line colors to be a darker gray. I believe you can find the phase dialog box under the Settings pull-down menu then Phases? Not sure, its been a while since I used 9
